BUDDINA

The clients initially contacted Recom Building for a renovation and after discussions decided on the demolition of dated house to make room for an architecturally designed functional modern home to suit their beachfront location.

MOOLOOLABA

This project required a complete strip out to remodel the dated 3-bedroom unit over-looking Mooloolaba Beach. The new design included a master suite, second bedroom, bathroom and powder room, custom made kitchen and joinery all wrapped around the main open living space to capture the amazing views this apartment has to offer. The timeless use of a classic black and white colour palette created a sophisticated space taking this once dated apartment to a whole new level.

This project won the Master Builders Building and Construction Awards 2019 for Residential Unit Renovation/ Remodelling.

NOOSA

This renovation project consisted of an extension, roof replacement due to structural issues and a pool. With only 4 original external walls left in tact was a complete alteration to the original brick house. Complete with custom joinery, VJ linings, quality fittings and professionally designed and styled this house transformed into a beautiful and functional gamily home that our clients can enjoy for years to come.

DOONAN

Our clients required a full internal renovation of a Queenslander house with the brief being Hamptons style.  We incorporated American Oak flooring, plantation shutters and a full innovative custom kitchen with remote doors and integrated fridge. Our clients chose architectural plumbing fittings which brang together the Hamptons feel they were after.

DOONAN

This project consisted of a 160m2 merbau deck with stainless steel balustrade. The underside of the deck was lined with insulated roofing panel to create 2 large outdoor living spaces perfect for entertaining. The pool area, designed by a local award winning landscaper, consisted of a gazebo, rounded raised seating around the firepit and various levels of merbau decks. Along with some minor internal works, this really is a spectacular home.

TINBEERWAH

Our clients were after a new kitchen and extension and outdoor entertaining space. The outdoor entertaining area consisted of an insulated roofing panel, wood fired heater and solid timber decking. Extension of the old dining area accommodated a new stylish kitchen. Natural light was brought in by a splashback window which overlooked the tropical surrounds of the property. To uplift the Queensland home, we removed the entire verandah decking and handrails and replaced with solid hardwood decking.  This improvement helped the structural integrity of the old building.

TEWANTIN

This project was a full internal renovation and outdoor entertaining area that our clients wanted to suit their existing home and lifestyle. The renovation included demolition of kitchen, internal and external load bearing walls to create open plan living. The addition of floor to ceiling bi-fold doors seamlessly merge the interior with the alfresco area. Our clients opted for a matt black kitchen featuring luxurious Essastone benchtops with waterfall edges. The walls in the hub of the home were cladded with timber feature panels to create a relaxed rustic-urban feel.

GIRALANG

Our clients were after a full renovation, internal and external, that would suit their lifestyle. The renovation included Tasmanian oak flooring, a leather feature wall and a modern kitchen with granite benchtops. We extended the downstairs area to include a new office, powder room, cellar and gym. The outdoor are featured a high level sun deck incorporated with spotted gum decking and aluminium composite panel facade. The lower level entertainment area boasted dry stack bluestone feature walls and integrated pizza oven. The indoors and outdoors were bought together through the use of the same tiling. A massive change to the external was achieved by an aluminum composite panel fascia and rendered walls.

This project required a remodel and extension to suit our clients needs and lifestyle. We extended the master bedroom and renovated the ensuite providing the client with space that was more functional. For the same reason, we extended the guest room and renovated the ensuite also. Quality accessories and marble tiles were chosen for the ensuites to create a modern and luxurious feel.
